A know feature of many ticket and task tracking tools, is to add comments or reopen a ticket with a mail, including the ticket id at the subject.

Something like this would be really great for streber. The function itself is not this complicated.


A realtime check would be great, but would cost performance. So a cron job or a daily skript, called by logout of admins would be a good alternative.

Spam Protectionπ

To protect against spam, a simple mail check could be done, by checking if the mailadress belongs to one account or company.
