  1. Comment on a topic or a task.
  2. Check the Changes Summary page.
  3. The type of change for a topic or a task shows "moved" instead of "commented."

To see "commented" instead of currently showing "moved" change type, when commenting on topics or tasks.

see history sais "file added" but i added comment and "Recent changes" vs. "changes" (but it seems, there is no more development going on, unfortunately)
