ClokingIT is focused on tasks, not on knowledge.
StreberPM is a good foundation for knowledge management as long as it combines tasks and topics wikified.
From tasks you adcquire knowledge that can be published as topics. For the next tasks you can refer to previous knowledge. The goal is to reduce tasks and efforts, not only manage them.
