hm, strange. It seems to work in the demo. It failed for my local install.

same in cyrillic
I just tried to use cyrillic symbols for titles, text in textareas and it returned me the same problem - question marks

Someone must have mistakenly assigned me this task. I don't know anything about UTF-8 support.
