  1. Create Project As User 1
  2. Add Folder to Project
  3. View Task list in Tree view of the Project as User 2

(Anything of type folder, or in a folder, of any status, is not displayed)

Related bug....
  1. As User 1 assigned User 2 to the project
  2. As User 2 refresh the Task list (you can now see folders)
  3. As User 1 remove User 2 from the project
  4. As User 2 refresh the Task list (you can STILL see folders)

Any project that you can see tasks in you should also be able to see folders, and the tasks within the folders.
Should be a minor PHP fix.
